RentLimits.com is a free, public reference tool for HUD housing data. We have built it to require as little of your personal information as possible. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

Information we do not collect

• We do not offer user accounts, logins, or registration, so we never ask for your name, email address, or password.
• We do not use advertising trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
• Any income, household size, or location you enter into our calculators is processed to generate your results and is not stored or linked to your identity.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site running well. This collects anonymized usage data such as page views and approximate region. It does not use tracking cookies and does not build a profile of individual visitors.

Server logs

Like most websites, our servers and content delivery network automatically record standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. These logs are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Children's privacy

RentLimits.com is a general-audience informational site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
