RentLimits.com provides Fair Market Rents, income limits, LIHTC and HOME rent limits, and Public Housing Authority information for general reference. It is not legal, financial, or housing-eligibility advice. Eligibility for Section 8, public housing, and other programs is determined solely by the relevant Public Housing Authority or administering agency, not by this Site.

Data accuracy and "as-is" basis

Data is sourced from HUD USER, the official data portal of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and is updated periodically. While we work to keep it accurate and current, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always confirm figures with the relevant Public Housing Authority or with HUD before relying on them.
